He just doesn't want to quit and he contends that he's too old to change. Yes, sadly, someone close to me has a drinking problem--namely, my car. He has taken to drinking oil. I checked last night and there were clear signs that he has a drinking problem that I have to deal with.
It might be the death of him someday.
