Phones don't cry, they die

Two phones dead in seemly random acts of degeneration. They will be replaced, but 20 year old phones can't be "duplicated". Thomas and Lois are out to buy a new phone and a new DVD player -- hopefully with success today. Their prior effors were met with disappointment.
