Verizon "FIOS" (fiber-optic) offers tri-package, but so far has lied. It is competing with Comcast. When you have money-grubbing vs money-grubbing and no price competition, the consumer loses.
Thomas found out that the TV (one of the three parts) is not yet ready. So ... my solution, call them, inform them of their contractual obligation -- TV, they have little/no chance of winning an argument or any case.
The media is a monster and would love to chew on a big company ... therein is a better "threat" as it were. If they fail to comply with their part of the contract and obligation ... sue and send documention to the media. Verizon will pay you to never do it. They'd lose too much.
