Well, Lois will not have surgery soon, as we thought. She is to visit (see) the doctor in three months. Her PT is going ok, though she comes home quite sore.
Thomas' friend is having surgery, and supposedly will finally quit smoking. Well, after many surgeries required because of his smoking, maybe that was the cinch -- the "duh" factor kicking in.
Thomas had a wicked gas bill, but they later claimed it was "read wrong". You think? What typical home owner uses $150 in gas? Oh, well he does have that gold smelting business and the family kiln for pottery, but still.
They chopped off $120 making it a more typical bill.
